What makes a great book launch?

The Secret Story fantasy book by A.J. Ponder

Being a witch is dangerous, have you thought about taking up another, safer career path?

I’m going to be launching The Secret Story – a prequel to the Sylvalla Chronicles series- soon. So, I thought it would be a good time to find out – what makes a great book launch?

I’m asking you, my fans, what makes a great book launch for you. And what sort of prizes you’d be interested in winning?

To gain entries, answer some simple questions about what competitions you like and/or answer 1 fun question about Clem Winfield’s Gif about who is standing at the end of the boat…

So far we’ve had some really funny answers for the gif. If you’ve read Quest, you’ll know who’s standing at the ship’s railing.

But if you don’t, you can still get into the draw with a funny guess. So far the funniest guess is “a ghost of a chance!” Brilliant. But “mermaids” and “Jack Dawson from the Titanic” have to be up there. 🙂

This Gif of a boat drawn by Clem Winfield for Quest holds a very special passenger, who could it possibly be?
Tell me, and help me discover what makes a great book launch and you could win an Amazon.com voucher.

So, what makes a book launch fun for you?

Massive scavenger hunts? Crazy questions? Simple Giveaways? Or?

And what sort of things would you like to win? Bookplates? The Sylvalla Chronicles Paperbacks? The Secret Child Paperbacks? Book vouchers? Printable stickers? Or? Help me, by clicking on the survey below, and go in for the chance to win a $10 Amazon.com voucher

Have fun,

A.J. Ponder

And for me, it’s back to the busy business of writing! Hopefully, in a few days, I’ll be up and running, and with a much better idea of what makes a great book launch. So thank you in advance for all your help.

PS You can find out more about The Secret Story here, and read a short extract. 🙂

PPS You could always tell me at the bottom of the email. I’d love to hear from readers and authors alike. Especially from people who love fantasy, fantasy adventure, and witches!
